For some reason I don't like it all that much, though. I seem to stare at the search box, unsure as to what I actually want to listen to. Fuck you, Spotify!

Because that is what just happened with my South African housemate. He asked me some ill constructed question about the 'son of Turok' which I think was his way of talking to me like I talk to him sometimes. It turns out the son of Turok is Spotify, and i had to tell him that, yes, it is quite good but I knew about it ages ago. And is there a word for appearing to be a bit smug but you're not, you just knew about something before someone else did and. Oh god. Shut up.

I should probably look at this properly, shouldn't I.... Yes. Go to the little playlist's name on the left, right click, copy http link, paste it here. Also you can make collaborative playlists, but I don't know how you do that. Oh actually it's just in the same drop down menu when you right click.

It allows me to be a lot more decisive, rather than being faced with shelves of CDs or pages of torrents. Just type some bollocks in that I've heard about and listen, bam! Plus, the playlist thing is unspeakably excellent. just that access to the widest variety of crap immediately, without having to wait for it to download or for money to happen. Plus it makes it that bit sweeter that the US don't have it because they (you) get everything first (forseti).

	there were a group of people who would show up at his concerts and such with signs proclaiming that John Tesh was actually an alien. At one point John Tesh actually tried to talk to them, and they all ran away. He wound up chasing them down the street, yelling "I just want to talk", but they all kept running.
