I think most people are complaining about Spoiler: click to toggle the lack of bondisms ("Bond, James Bond", "Shaken, not stirred", Moneypenny, Q, explanation of gadgets, or gadgets in general), but everything else it does like a regular Bond film. I would rate it probably a little bit better then The World is Not Enough and not as good as Tomorrow Never Dies. Although I don't really remember Tomorrow Never Dies, so I could be wrong there. I remember liking it more then The World is Not Enough, though.
